Goode Hair Studio is now implementing a cancellation policy. This is the best way to respect everyone’s time and ensure we have enough notice to fill a spot if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will ask for your credit card to put on file at the time of booking. As many of you know, we have a cancellation list and if we have someone cancel at the last minute it does not give us enough time to call the next person waiting for that space.

We are please asking for a minimum of 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. If it is less than 24 hours, you will be charged half of your service. Same day cancellations or no-show appointments will be charged the full fee. Thank you for understanding.

In addition, you may be asked to make a deposit at the time of booking for certain services that require 3 or more hours. This is to hold the reservation in our schedule. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or if you do not show up. Otherwise, the deposit made will be applied to the total cost of services at time of checkout. Deposits made for appointments cancelled outside of the 24 hour window, and are not rescheduled, will be refunded.
